- You and your pup will be greeted by our friendly staff upon arrival.
- They will ensure that you have filled out any necessary paperwork and collect any food if you bring any (NOTE: This is not a requirement, but rather an option, as we have house food available at all times).
- Your pup will be taken to the back of our facility where they will have a run ready for them and be placed there during our check in process.
- Your dog will then be assessed to see if they are able to go into one of our play groups. This process is done by testing them with other pups who have already been cleared by our process (daycare is included in boarding prices so if your dog can get out with other dogs, we ensure that they do!)
- Once that is done, they will either go into a yard to meet and spend time with the other friends, or they will go into a yard of their own.
- Your pup will come in for the dinner hour where they will spend their evening when our facility is closed.
- All runs house one dog (unless they are in the same family and can be housed together) and are clipped so that none of our escape artists find their way out and are roaming through the building unattended.
- In the morning, getting every dog outside is our number one priority and they are sent out into our yards to play outside.
- After our first round of outs, our boarding guests are brought back in to enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, they will go back outside for more fun.
- All runs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. All food/water bowls are also washed on a daily basis.
- All of our customers will remain outside until the facility closes for break time. Your dog(s) will NEVER be left unattended while out in the yards.
- After the break your pup will get back outside to spend their afternoon playing with their friends again!
Frequently Asked Questions:
What size runs are available?
Most of our runs are 4x10 in size that are available to our guests. We also have a luxury sweet that is available to our guests for an additional charge. Our sweet includes a fully furnished run that your pup can enjoy during our overnight hours and through our afternoon break.
My dog is aggressive with other dogs, does that mean they will never go outside?
NO!!! Never ever ever will a dog not go outside because they are not good with other dogs. We believe every pup should be outside no matter what! Your dog will enjoy time in a yard of their own where they will receive quality time with their 2 legged friends :) Not every dog does well in a group setting and we will NEVER not allow a dog outside because of that!
What happens if my dog becomes ill while in your facility?
Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of your furry family member. If something should happen that requires medical care, our staff will contact you immediately to discuss the next steps we take. On our boarding contract, we require a minimum of $150 to be allotted in the even there is a medical emergency and you cannot be reached. However, we will always try to contact you first.
We have more than one dog we would like to board, what are our options?
We always welcome more than one pup :) If your dogs get along well and are able to be in the same run, the 2nd or 3rd pups are boarded at a discounted rate. You may choose to have them in separate runs, however our price for both dogs in a separate run would be our $35 dollars.
Are there any breeds or age limits that are not allowed in your facility?
Absolutely not! We allow all breeds and age limits in our facility. We love all of our 4 legged friends and do not discriminate on who is or is not allowed.
My dog is a first time boarder at your facility, what should I expect?
You can and should expect that your dog will receive the best care possible while here! You can count on your dog getting outside as much as possible where they can interact with their 2 and 4 legged friends. If your dog does not enjoy the company of other dogs, they will have their own space where they will still receive time with their 2 legged friends. You can be sure that upon pick up, your dog will be thrilled to see you and ready to give you lots of love!! That night, and possibly for a couple of days following their stay, your pup might be tired and more lethargic than normal. This is normal and to be expected as they have been playing hard and having fun during their own vacation!
If you have any questions, or would like to board your pup with us, please contact us at (919)-904-7598. As always, we appreciate you trusting us with your sweet, fun loving furry friend and look forward to spending time with your dog!
